SRVC Hockey was founded by three teammates and West Point graduates who served together as military leaders and shared a lifelong passion for the game. After competing at the NCAA Division I level, they moved into diverse careers in Special Operations, NHL front offices, and global corporate leadership. Together, they provide athletes with a tactical roadmap for excellence that translates potential into predictable, high-level results.
A former Special Forces Officer with over nine years of experience leading teams in high-stakes environments, KC is a specialist in human performance and organizational leadership. He has founded and scaled multiple fitness ventures globally, focusing on the science of physical and mental readiness. At SRVC, KC mentors players through a tactical framework, teaching them the mental discipline and accountability required to navigate the most competitive tiers of the sport.
Eric has built an extensive career in professional hockey operations, bringing a pro-level perspective to player development. His experience includes seven years as Assistant General Manager for the Florida Panthers, a tenure as Director of Hockey Strategy for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and his current role as a Pro Scout for the Carolina Hurricanes. At SRVC, Eric uses his scouting and strategic expertise to transform technical skill into top-tier, game-ready performance.
Kevin previously led high-performance wellness and behavioral change programming for Nike, focusing on large-scale habit formation. He also serves as the Vice President for the Philadelphia Warriors Hockey Club, a premier program for disabled veterans. At SRVC, Kevin applies his expertise in strategic recovery and wellness to help athletes build the professional-grade routines necessary to sustain long-term, high-level output.
